摘　　要：目前10kV开关柜安全操作五防仍未完善,它们组成的配电房五防系统更是空白。这里介绍正在开发的基于无源锁智能钥匙的五防开关柜的工作原理,软、硬件的组成。这种智能五防开关柜能适应无辅助电源电房的"黑起动"的极端情况。本项目的样板配电房的开发,将成为开发更高一级无源锁五防系统的第一步。In present, the so-called Five-protection of 10kV switch kiosk safe operation is not perfect, and the Five-protection system for 10kV distribution switch room is a blank still.Here the working principle and the relevant software and hardware structure for 10kV switch cubicle,basing in intelligent key of passive pack-lock being developed are introduced.The developing of this kind of Five-protection 10kV switch cubicle can meet the needs of the switch room without auxiliary power“Black commissioning”,and the 10kV distribution room constituted with these cubicles will be the first step of Five-protection safe operation system for the power network of higher voltage development.
