事故冰机异常声响原因分析及处理

摘　　要：氨罐系统的冰机在启动时出现异常声响及振动,被迫停机。结合冰机结构特性、控制原理及部件损坏情况,对其启动运行数据分析,认为冰机带负荷启动而入口被抽空是造成了上述异常现象的根本原因。通过进一步调查和分析发现,滑阀阀位显示不准导致冰机多次带负荷启动,其产生的过大冲击力导致滑阀键块及滑键槽拉毛、磨损,进而造成键块被卡死。采取修复滑键槽、重新加工滑阀键块的方案使冰机故障消除,为防止事故再次发生,针对故障原因提出了相应的防范措施。Because of the abnormal noise and vibration at starting up of refrigeration compressor connecting to ammonia tank was forced to shut down. That the fundamental reason for above abnormal phenomena was resulted from inlet of the compressor evacuated at starting up with load was confirmed by the starting running data analyzed based on the structure characteristic, the control principle and the level of the parts damaged. It was found that the compressor often to start up with load was resulted from position of the slide valve displaying inaccurate by investigation and analysis further; the abnormal starting up caused excessive impact to gall and wear the key block and key groove in the slide valve, the block to be stuck finally. To solve troubles in the compressor the groove was repaired and the block renewed; to avoid the fault feasible methods were presented.
