摘　　要：本文阐述了我国商业银行个人住房贷款的发展趋势和目前的存在状况,分析了个人房屋贷款的潜在的和各种风险、以及形成因素、表现形式。并从政策、市场、银行、个人等几方面探讨了防范、控制风险的处理措施和对策。This paper expounds the development trend of our country commercial bank personal housing loan and the current situa-tion, analyzed the potential of individual housing loans, and a variety of risks, and form factor, forms. And from policy, market, bank, individual and so on several aspects discusses the prevention and control of risk treatment measures and countermeasures.
