摘 要:考虑到过程工业中诸多混合体系的变粘特性以及传统搅拌器应用范围的局限性,研究开发宽粘度域搅拌器很有必要。在介绍单一叶片式和双轴组合式宽粘度域搅拌器类型、结构特点和应用范围的基础上,概述了其性能研究的国内外进展,分析了各宽粘度域搅拌器的优、缺点。最后对单一叶片式和双轴组合式宽粘度域搅拌器进行了比较,明确了发展趋势,并指明宽粘度域搅拌器的选用应兼顾体系物性的变化、设备结构的复杂程度、功率及混合特性等因素。Considering the viscosity character of mixing systems and the application limitation of traditional mixers,developing a mixer with broad adaptability to viscosity becomes necessary.Based on introducing the type,structural character and application range of both single-bladed mixer and dual-shaft mixer with broad adaptability to viscosity,their research progress at home and abroad was summarized and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Comparing the single-bladed mixer with the dual-shaft mixer makes their development trend clear and shows that selecting the mixer with broad adaptability to viscosity has to consider medium properties,the device's complexity in structure,the power consumption and the mixing performance.
