摘 要:为了分析动叶顶部间隙泄漏流的流场特征和涡量变化规律,以某汽轮机为研究对象,采用大涡模拟方法对无围带和有围带动叶顶部的间隙泄漏流动进行研究。结果表明:无围带时,在0.85轴向截面处,叶顶间隙泄漏流在吸力面形成顺时针漩涡,随着时间的变化,泄漏涡经历了发展、退化的周期性过程;有围带时,叶顶间隙泄漏流在尾缘附近形成逆时针的泄漏涡,随着时间的变化,泄漏涡经历了远离尾缘到靠近尾缘的过程,泄漏流对主流的影响呈现了由强到弱再由弱到强的变化规律。In order to analyze flow field characteristics of the blade tip clearance leakage flow and vorticity variation of the leakage vortex,the large-eddy simulation (LES) on different tip clearance leakage flows of unshrouded and shrouded blade in a steam turbine stage were performed.The results show that,as for the unshrouded rotor cascades,the clockwise leakage vortex near the suction side can be found at 0.85 axial chord,and the leakage vortex can go through the periodic process of development and degeneration with the change of time; and as for the shrouded rotor cascades,the counterclockwise leakage vortex can be found on the top of blade trailing edge,and the leakage vortex can go though the process from away the trailing edge to near the trailing edge,and the tip leakage flow effect on the main stream has a regular variation,i.e.from strong to weak and then from weak to strong.
