摘　　要：现代医学人才既要精通专业知识,又要具有广博的人文科学知识。只有将两者充分融合,同时建立完善的医学人文指导大纲和考核制度,将人文病历引入临床病案考察,才能真正在临床实践中体现医学人文精神,促进医患关系和谐发展。从"医学人文是临床实践的重要内容"、"医学人文融入临床实践的全过程"以及"提高医学人文素质,完善医疗相关制度是医学人文进临床的有力支撑"三个方面进行阐述,强调只有做到"医学人文进临床",才能确保人民群众的身体健康得到长远保障。Modern medical personnel should master professional knowledge, but also have extensive knowledge of the humanities. Only fully integrate the two, establish sound medical humanities outline guidance and examination system and introduce humanities record into clinical record, can make clinical practice truly embody medical humanities spirit, and promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.This article from the ＂medical humanities is an important part of clinical practice＂, ＂medical humanities into the clinical practice of the whole process＂ and ＂improve the quality of medical humanities, and improve health-related system is a clinical medical humanities into a strong support for＂ three aspects of the detailed explained, emphasizing only be ＂medical humanities into clinical＂ in order to ensure that people get the health of long-term protection.
