摘　　要：阐述医学职业精神的生命文化内涵,分析生命文化教育对医学生职业精神培养的作用,提出了加强医学生生命文化教育,培养医学职业精神的对策和建议:明确生命文化教育内容,丰富生命文化教学手段,提升教师生命文化教育智慧,建设以弘扬生命文化为中心的校园文化。This paper discussed the life culture connotation of the medical professionalism, analyzed the role of cultural life education on medical students＇ professional spirit cultivation, proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen medical students＇ life and cultural education, cultivate medical professionalism： being clear about cultural life education content, enriching life culture teaching means, improving teachers＇ cultural life education wisdom, constructing the campus culture with carrying forward the culture of life.
