摘　　要：针对某型货车驾驶室，建立了该驾驶室白车身静刚度测试系统。试验和分析结果表明，该测试系统方案合理有效，试验数据重复性和对称性好。通过测试分析该驾驶室扭转和弯曲刚度，得以了驾驶室扭转和弯曲工况下各测点的变形情况和静刚度特征，为该驾驶室的研发建立了基础数据。Aim at some truck cab,set up body static stiffness test system of truck cab.The experiment, and analysis result show,this test system scheme is reasonable and effective,good experiment data repeatability and symmetry.Obtain deformation status and static stiffness characteristic of each test point of under torsion and bending working condition of truck cab by test analyse torsion and bending stiffness of truck cab,set up basic data for development of truck cab.
