摘 要:运用刚塑性有限元数值模拟方法 ,定量分析了不均匀变形对圆环成形的协调作用 ,数值模拟的可靠性得到了实验验证。研究表明 :沿板带接触变形区宽度上的各点对形成圆环所作的贡献 ,由压下量最小的点向压下量最大的点单调递增 ;圆环的形成 。In Ref. [1], we stated that we could develop into an advanced process in plane bending of strip metal with unequal compressing achieved with conical rollers. In Ref. [2], we established a model for the process. Eq.(2) in this paper is the above mentioned model. Eq.(2) contains a number of undetermined coefficients C i (where subscript i denotes the i th point along the compressed width of strip metal, i=1,2,…,N ), where C i describes the contribution of compression deformation at i th point to in plane bending. Using rigid plastic finite element method, we obtained the C i coefficients in Fig.5, which shows that the value of C i linearly increases from the point with less compression deformation to the point with greater compression deformation. With C i known, we can compute the radius of curvature. Using specific numerical data given in Table 3, with N=6 in Eq.(2), we obtained R ina (computed or analytical inner radius of curvature) which differs from R ine (experimental inner radius of curvature) by a maximum of 9.1% in nine different tests. It appears N6 gives sufficient accuracy for the prediction of radius of curvature. The results are helpful to the understanding of the positive role of unequal deformation in metal forming processes .
