高校图书馆读者培训工作调查分析——以华南农业大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：以参加华南农业大学图书馆2013年上半年培训讲座的读者为调查对象,采用网上填写调查问卷的方式,对参与培训的读者身份、读者获取培训信息的途径、读者满意度进行了调查分析,并提出了改进读者培训工作的建议。Taking the readers participating in the readers training lectures held by the library of South China Agricultural University in the first half of 2013 as the investigation objects, and by using the method of online questionnaire survey, this paper makes the investigation and analysis on the identity of the readers participating in the training, readers＇ access to the training information, and readers＇satisfaction, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the work of readers training.
