摘 要:煤矿开采沉陷预测不仅应用于"三下"采煤设计和地面建(构)筑物的保护,同时对环境的保护与治理、采空区的利用与建设、土地复垦的规划与设计均有重要的指导与借鉴意义。为规范开采沉陷的预测,在《建筑物、水体、铁路及主要井巷煤柱留设与压煤开采规程》的基础上,结合近几年开采沉陷研究成果及计算技术的发展编制完成《煤矿开采沉陷预测方法》标准,对标准中涉及的预测方法、参数选取、预测原则等内容做了一定的介绍,以期推进开采沉陷预测的标准化,提高计算结果的可对比性及借鉴定性。Mining subsidence prediction is not only used in design for coal mining under water , railway and buildings and the protec-tion of surface buildings , but also be used to instruct environment protection and treatment , gob utilization, land reclamation de-sign.In order to standard mining subsidence prediction , on the basis of “Regulation of coal pillar design for mining under buildings , water body , railway and main roadways”, combining new research fruits of mining subsidence and computing technology development ,“Coalmine mining subsidence prediction method standard” was finished.This standard introduced prediction method , parameters selec-tion, prediction principles , which was expected to promote standardization of mining subsidence prediction and improve results ’ com-parability and reference quality.
