摘 要:针对上海庙中心型选煤厂3层煤泥高灰细泥含量高,浮选精煤灰分不达标的问题,探索脱泥浮选工艺与精煤精选工艺对高灰细泥含量大煤泥的适用性,将煤泥中-0.045mm粒级按不同占比与+0.045mm混合模拟脱泥浮选工艺,与精煤精选工艺进行试验对比,结果表明,脱泥浮选工艺与精煤精选工艺均可降低浮选精煤灰分,但脱泥浮选工艺的实质是增加了较粗粒级煤泥的入浮占比,对较细粒级煤泥的浮选效果没有明显改善;而精煤精选工艺在保证了精煤灰分合格的情况下,提高了较细粒级煤泥的浮选效果,得到了较高的精煤回收率。Aiming at the condition that high ash ultra - fine slime of the 3rd seam coal was high and the ash of flotation clean coal ash was not qualified in Shanghaimiao Central Coal Preparation Plant. To investigate the applicability of deslime - flotation process and roughing - cleaning process in the flotation of slime with high content of high ash ultra - fine slime, the -0. 045mm fraction was mixed with the + 0. 045mm in different ratio. The resuhs show that both processes can reduce the concentrate ash, but substantially, the deslime- flotation process increases the feeding proportion of the + 0. 045mm fraction, hardly promoting the flotation effect of the - 0. 045 mm. While, the roughing - cleaning process ensures the quality of clean coal, promoting the flotation effect of the -O. 045mm, and obtaining favorable clean coal recovery.
