摘 要:论文以2001-2010年新疆煤炭、石油、天然气消费量为基础,测算2001-2010年新疆碳排放总量,并分析各能源消费量对碳排放量的贡献率,得出煤炭消费对碳排放的贡献最大;以三大产业产值、碳排放量为基础,建立灰色关联模型,分析三大产业和碳排放的关联度,得出第二产业与碳排放关联度最高;进而以第二产业相关行业和碳排放为基础,建立灰色关联模型,具体分析相关行业和碳排放的关联度。最后结合新疆发展现状,给出新疆发展低碳经济的政策意见。Based on the consumption data of coal, petroleum and natural gas from 2001 to 2010, the carbon emission amount of Xinjiang was calculated. And the contribution rate of different energy consumption to carbon emission was studied, and the coal consumption was proved to be the largest contribution of carbon emission. According to production values of the three industries and carbon emission, the grey correlation model was established, the correlation between the three industry production values and carbon emission were analyzed, and the correlation between secondary industry and carbon emission was proved the highest. Then, aiming at the correlation between related businesses of secondary industry and carbon emission, the grey correlation model was established. According to the current situation of development in Xinjiang, advises on policy of low carbon economy development in Xinjiang were proposed.
