摘　　要：目的探讨EZH2蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中表达情况及与细胞增殖的关系。方法收集2010年1月至2012年12月浙江省湖州市中心医院及浙江省安吉县人民医院病理科存档的临床病理资料完整的宫颈鳞状细胞癌72例，宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）Ⅰ-Ⅱ级28例，CINⅢ级24例及正常宫颈组织20例，应用免疫组织化学EnVision二步法检测EZH2蛋白及Ki-67表达，进行统计学分析。结果正常宫颈组织、CINⅠ-Ⅱ级、CINⅢ级及宫颈鳞癌EZH2阳性表达率分别为5．0％、28．57％、62．5％、68．05％，呈逐级升高，前二者与后二者间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。EZH2表达与宫颈鳞癌分化程度、淋巴结转移和浸润深度有相关性（P〈0．05）。EZH2表达与宫颈鳞癌细胞增殖指数（PI）呈显著相关性（P〈0．01）。结论EZH2蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中呈高表达，与肿瘤细胞增殖相关，提示EZH2上调可能是宫颈鳞癌发生的早期事件。Objective To evaluate EZH2 protein expressing in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its correlation with cell proliferation. Methods 72 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 28 cases of CIN Ⅰ - Ⅱ and 24, cases of CIN were collected from Huzhou Central Hospital and Anji People Hospital between January 2010 and .December 2012, and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue as control; all cases were with complete clinical data. The expression of EZH2 and Ki： 67 protein were studied in paraffin sections by immunohistochemistry two-step EnVision method, and the staining re su!ts were analyzed statistically. Results The expression rates of EZH2 in normal cervical tissue, CINⅠ - Ⅱ , CIN Ⅲ and cervical squamous cell carcinoma, were 5.0% 28.57% 62. 5% and 68.05% respectively; it was significantly higher in CIN Ⅲ and ceryical squamous cell carcinoma than that in normal cervical tissue and C IN Ⅰ - Ⅱ （P 〈 0. 0.1 ）： EZH2 expressing was correlated with differentiation, lymph node metastases and depth of invasion （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive correlation between EZH2 and proliferation index （PI） was found in cervical squamous cell carcinoma （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of EZH2 was up-regulated in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and EZH2 expressing was correlation with cell proliferation positively; it indicated that up-regulation of EZH2 expressing possibly was an early event in carcinogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
