全球正义:是否可能? 何以可能?

摘　　要：正义具有不同的边界和层次;全球正义作为全球伦理的基石构成了正义的最高层次。全球正义的可能性存在于全球化过程价值选择和经济全球化、人类生存现状的全球化。全球正义作为一种高阶伦理、超国家伦理,在本质上区别于国家正义,是一种"以人为关注中心"的正义,其价值取向是世界主义的。全球正义要实现战争正义、分配正义和环境正义。全球正义的实现要坚持相对主权原则、普遍人权原则和全球责任原则,需要构建一种融合东西方政治智慧的世界制度、"世界政府",并充分发挥各种组织在推动全球正义过程中的作用。There are different borders and levelsof justice. As the base of global ethics,global justice con- stitutes the highest level of justice. The possibility of global justice lies in the value choice in the global- ization process, economic globalization and the globalization of human living conditions. As a kind of higher-order and super-state ethics, global justice is different from state justice, whose value orientation is cosmopolitanism and people-focused. Global justice has to fulfill warfare justice, distributive justice and environmental justice. To realize global justice, it is necessary to adhere to the principles of relative sover- eignty,universal human rights and global responsibility, and to build up a kind of World System mixed together with Eastern and Western political wisdom and a ＂World Government＂ as well. In addition,it is necessary to give full play to the effect of all kinds of world or^aniz^tinn~
