摘　　要：《哈立德之书》是阿拉伯裔美国小说的开创之作,在现代阿拉伯文学界、美国文学界乃至世界文学界均影响深远,具有重要的里程碑意义。小说不仅体现了阿拉伯传统文学与西方现代文学相互借鉴与结合的鲜明特征,而且也是东方文化与西方文化碰撞与交融的产物,因此,不仅具有重要的文学价值,而且对于处理当代东西民族方关系与东西方文化关系还具有积极的现实意义。＂The Book of Khalid＂, the first Arab Amereian novel, is the milepost in Arab Amercian literature , which have great influence on American literature as well as in literature of the whole world. This novel is the product of the conflicting and integrating of the Western culture and the Eastern culture, as well as the Combination of traditional Arabian literature and modern western literature, which is presented and highlighted by its begainning with a discovered manuscript, fragmentized structure and lyrical narratives.
