摘  要:目的采用国际通用的SAS统计分析平台编制计算机程序,实现二元复配杀虫剂联合作用的等效线图评价3方法以德国小蠊为试虫,对A、B2种杀虫剂及其复配剂进行室内毒力测定,对所得数据进行计算机程序演算,以加权概率单位法拟合毒力回归线,计算2种药剂及复配剂的ED50及其95%置信限(95%CI),自动绘制等效线图进行计算机评价3结果2种药剂及复配剂杀灭德国小蠊的毒力回归方程均有效,其ED,3分别为6.41g/m3(95%CI:4.93—7.66g/m3)、2.51g/m3(95%CI:1.93~3.04g/m3)和2.61g/m3(95%CI:1.86—3.18g/m3)3绘制的等效线图中,复配剂的ED,3值打点于相加作用带的右上区域,提示该2种杀虫剂的联合作用呈明显拮抗效应3结论等效线图评价法的SAS程序计算结果经双重验证,证明准确、可靠,且简便、快捷.Objective To realize the isobolographic analysis on joint action of binary insecticide combination with computer program based on Statistical Analysis System. Methods The toxicity of insecticide A, B and their mix- ture against Blattella germanica was measured. LD-P line, EDs0 and its 95 % CI were computed respectively. Isobolo- gram was drawn automatically. Results The equations of LD-P line were effective according to the statistic analy- sis. The EDso of the two insecticides and their mixture were 6.41 g/m3 (95% CI:4.93 - 7.66 g/m3 ) ,2.51 g/m3 (95% CI: 1.93 3.04 g/m3 ) and 2.59 g/m3 ( 95% CI: 1.78 - 3.18 g/m3 ) respectively. The EDs0 point of the mix- ture was on the top-right area of additive action strip ,which meaned the antagonism of the two insecticides. Conclusion The SAS program of isobolographic analysis is verified by two means as an exact ,effective ,rapid and simple technique.
