摘　　要：目的探讨苯妥英钠中毒的治疗方案。方法依据血药浓度等因素,对患者的中毒程度进行分级治疗,收集和整理本院苯妥英钠中毒患者的治疗资料,并进行总结。结果对苯妥英钠中毒患者进行分级治疗,能在5 d内使血药浓度下降到正常范围,大部分患者中毒症状消失。结论对PHT中毒患者进行分级治疗具有合理性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the treatment strategy of phenytoin poisoning. Methods According to blood drug concentrations, grading treatment was used based on the degree of poisoning. Phenytoin treatment data of patients with poisoning were collected and summarized. Results The phenytoin treatment of poisoning patients was graded. within 5 days, the blood drug concentration decreased to normal range and poisoning symptoms most patients disappeared. Conclusion Grading treatment for patients with phenytoin sodium poisoning is rational.
