摘　　要：针对柔性自动化生产环境下实施统计质量控制 (SQC StatisticalQualityCon trol)的难点即质量数据不足的问题 ,将成组思想引入统计质量控制 ,以提高质量数据的先验性和质量数据之间的相关关系 ,提出了基于工序质量数据成组的成组统计质量控制 (GSQC GroupStatisticalQualityControl)技术。Insufficient quality data is the main characteristic of implementing the statistical quality control in flexible automation environment, aimed at this characteristic the group technology to statistical quality control for enhance the apriority of quality data and bring forward the group statistical quality control technology were introduced. The manufacturing base of GSQC was studied. Then the no variance of p fractile method was proposed, based on this math model of GSQC was studied. Based on the basic math method the process grouped mean variant control chart was studed.
