摘  要:介绍了上端支架铸件的结构特点及技术要求,分析了变形、粘砂和裂纹等缺陷产生的原因,设置了分型、反变形量、冷铁和浇注系统等工艺参数,利用MAGMA模拟软件模拟铸件凝固和充型过程,优化了铸造工艺。实际生产结果表明,铸件裂纹、粘砂及变形等缺陷得到了有效控制,节约了生产成本。The structural characteristics and technological requirements of upper bracket were introduced. The causes for distortion, burning-on and crack were analyzed. The technological parameters, including mold joint, anti-distortion, chill and gating system, were designed. The solidification and filling process for casting was simulated by MAGMA software, and the casting process was optimized. The actual production shows that the casting defects of crack, burning-on and distortion are controlled effectively, and the cost of production is saved.
