小型铸造厂树脂砂工艺分析

摘　　要：基于小型铸造厂的产品特点和生产性质，介绍了熔化工部、造型制芯工部及砂处理工部的工艺流程，着重分析了树脂砂工艺的特点。针对小型铸造厂工艺装备落后、技术水平不高、人员素质不高和高耗、高排严重等问题，提出了工艺设备改造升级的解决措施。Based on the product characteristics and production properties of small foundries, the technological process of melting section, molding and core-making section and sand treating section was introduced. The characteristics of the resin sand process were analyzed in detail. For small foundries with the backward technology and equipment, lower technical level and personnel quality, high consumption and emissions, the solutions for the transformation and upgrade of process equipment are put forward.
