摘 要:汽车传动系统是一个由不同传动效率和传动方式组成的复杂运动控制系统 ,其性能对汽车燃油经济性和使用性能影响很大 ,汽车传动系总成电封闭试验台提供了评价和分析传动系统产品质量和性能的手段。该文从电气系统角度介绍了汽车传动系试验台的工作原理与组件功能 ,论述了计算机控制系统的组成及设计特点。采用 CT单元和 IDAM控制单元 ,所有智能单元通过 RS485组网及 RS42 2相连 ,使复杂的控制系统简单可靠。The automobile driving system is a complicated system which consists of different efficiencies and different driving ways. The performance of the driving system greatly contributes to the economical oil-consumption and operating performance of the whole automobile. The electrical-closed integrated automobile experimental platform for driving system offers a method of evaluating and analyzing the quality and performance of the driving system products. The paper presents the components' main function and operating principle of such driving system platform from the electrical system, and introduces its computer control system based on CT and IDAM control unit. All unit devices in the system are connected via a 485 network and RS422. Thus the complex control system is able to perform directly and stably.
