摘 要:钢筋混凝土井式梁在屋面和非承墙、板等荷载的楼面结构多有出现 .但将其作为承托多层墙、板等荷载的楼盖 ,国内尚无先例 .通过对承托四层单元式住宅的 9.9m× 1 0 .5m钢筋混凝土井式梁楼盖承托多层墙、板等荷载的设计计算与研究 ,证明了在一定条件下钢筋混凝土井式梁楼盖承托多层墙、板等荷载是可以实现的 .Derrick-type reinforced concrete beam often appears in the framework of house walls and building walls that don't support the weight of walls, boards and so on. However, there is not a precedent of using it as a building cover to support the load of many floors of walls and boards in home. By the design calculation and research of building cover of derrick-type reinforced concrete beam (9,9m×10.5m) that supports four-floor unit house, the authors proved that using the building cover the load of several floors of walls and boards can be achieved under certain conditions.
