摘　　要：企业的可持续发展是企业管理者共同关注的焦点。本文在对同煤集团发展现状进行分析的基础上,指出了同煤集团可持续发展中遇到的问题,提出了一些具体的举措和建议,为其健康长远发展提供参考。The sustainable development of enterprises has been a focus of common concern a-mong most business managers.There is no exception for Datong Coal Mine Group,one of the en-ergy-based coal enterprises.Based on the study of the development status of Datong Coal Mine Group,the paper has analyzed a serious of problems occurring on the way of sustainable develop-ment,strategically proposed some measures and suggestions,which are hoped to be constructive to the healthy and long-term development of Datong Coal Mine Group.
