摘　　要：针对哈尔滨市居住区绿化中存在的问题,以居民需求为核心,运用使用后评价(POE)方法,调查其绿化现状与居民意见,对选取的样本居住区绿化现状与居民在绿地中的行为、时间与不同喜好进行研究。结果表明:该类小区绿化在空间划分方面做的较好,绿化率、植物种类与配置、季相景观未能满足居民需求,且绿地人为破坏与管护之间存在较大矛盾。最后,分别从居住区绿化的生态功能方面、景观功能方面、空间划分功能方面、特色体现方面以及绿化管理养护方面提出相应的改善建议。In order to solve the problems that existed in the greening area of Harbin residential quarters, the Post Occupancy E- valuation （POE） was employed to investigate the current status of greening and the residents＇ ideas in a sample residential quarters with the core of community needs and the residents＇ behaviors, residence time and different preferences were analyzed. Results showed that this kind of residential quarters did well in space division of green area, however the greening rate, plant species and configura- tion, and seasonal landscape failed to meet the residents＇ needs. Moreover, there was significant contradiction between man-made sabotage and protection in green area. Finally, appropriate recommendations for the improvement in the aspect of ecological functions, landscape features, space division, characteristics embodied and management-maintenance were put forward.
