摘 要:目的了解长期留置管细菌分布及生物膜形成能力。方法 10%血清肉汤振荡培养留置管中细菌,常规生化和分子生物学方法鉴定分离菌,结晶紫半定量法检测分离菌生物膜形成能力。结果留置管细菌检出率为49.1%(53/108);共分离60株菌,以葡萄球菌分离率最高(70.0%),其次为肠球菌(15.0%)和大肠埃希菌(6.7%);所有分离菌均具有生物膜形成能力,其中38株(63.3%)具有较强的生物膜形成能力。结论长期留置管细菌检出率较高,大部分分离菌具有较强的生物膜形成能力。Objective To reveal the distribution and biofilm forming ability of bacteria isolated from longtime in- dwelling tubes. Methods Bacteria from longtime indwelling tubes were enriched and shaking cultured in broth containing 10% calf serum, then isolated and identified by routine method and PCR. The biofilm formation capa- bility of each isolated bacterium was detected by crystal violet semi-quantitative method. Results The bacterial detection rate of the longtime indwelling tubes was 49.1% (53/108). Among the 60 strains of bacteria isolated, the most frequently occurred bacteria was Staphylococcus (70%) , followed by Enterococcus (15.0%) and Esche- richia coli (6.7%). All the strains isolated in this study had biofilm forming ability, 38 (63.3%) of which had strong capabilities of biofilm formation. Conclusion The bacterial detection rate of longtime indwelling tubes is remarkably high and most isolates have strong biofilm forming abilities.
