摘 要:文化绘图主要用社区或社区成员视角表述当地的有形及无形文化。它是联合国教科文组织帮助成员国与民间社会创建对话平台、提高文化多样性意识的重要工具。中国大陆对"文化绘图"的认知与实践尚在起步阶段。2009年,"中国文化与发展伙伴关系框架项目"在中国西部展开,"文化绘图"工具在贵州省从江县社区发展项目中得到应用。我们通过分析从江项目,发现在全球经济一体化大背景下,在以本土文化资源为旅游资本的经济发展中,少数民族社区成员与当地社区若能借用"文化绘图"工具,主动参与对话、掌握文化自我表述权利,就不仅能促进多元文化的保护与传承,还能促进多元文化多边对话,有助于造就人类文化与生物多样性的多元景观。The Project of China Culture and Development Partnership Framework has carried out in four minority provinces in western China since 2009. The Project output 2.1 is implemented in Congjiang which aimed to protect Congjiang's cultural resources. As one of the expected outputs, Congjiang Project mainly used the Cultural Mapping method to encourage community members to record their own culture. After analyzing Congjiang Project's Interim Reports and some related texts, we find that the pursuit of economic development is always at the cost of their local cultural resources for tourism capital with global economic integration in the process. If minority community could learn from Congjiang Project's cultural resources protection mode and participate in the dialogue to seize and master their cultural self-expression rights, they would exert an influence on the muhicultural dialogue and help to bring diverse landscape of to human culture and biodiversity.
