摘  要:白介素-12已被认为是诱导Th1免疫反应产生和维持的重要细胞因子,其中以其亚基白介素-12/23p40的研究尤为多见。研究显示,该亚基在抵抗细菌尤其是分枝杆菌感染中可能发挥作用,可形成单体或同源二聚体,通过与细胞表面的白介素-12受体B1竞争性结合发挥作用。致病力强的分枝杆菌可通过降低白介素-12p70的生成来抵抗宿主的免疫反应从而达到自我防御的目的。在白介素-12正常存在的情况下,白介素-23在控制分枝杆菌感染过程中的作用有限,但其可通过诱导Th17细胞及记忆性T淋巴细胞在慢性结核杆菌感染中发挥保护作用。白介素-27作为第3个白介素-12家族成员,在分枝杆菌感染后的机体免疫反应中的作用存在争议,对于不同的细胞群体如巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞等作用可能不同甚至相反。Interleukin-12 (IL-12) has been considered as an important cytokine in the induction and maintenance of T helper type 1 (Thl) cell-mediated immune response. The common p40 subunit of IL-12/23, which has been well studied, may play a certain role in the counteraction against bacteria, especially mycobacteria, via competitively binding with the 131 chain of IL-12 receptor in monomeric or homodimerie forms. High-virulent mycobacteria may counteract the host immune response by inhibiting the production of IL- 12p70. IL-23 may also have a critical role in the protection against chronic mycobacterial infection by inducing the activation of Thl7 cells and memory T lymphocytes. However, the function of IL-23 is limited when the production of IL-12 is normal. The roles of IL-27 (the third member of IL-12 family) in host immune response to mycobacterial infection remain controversial, and its effect on different cell populations, such as macrophages and lymphocytes, may be different, even contrary.
