摘 要:目的观察臭氧注射治疗对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,探讨其治疗颈椎病的作用机理。方法将52例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组26例。对照组单纯行小针刀治疗,治疗组行小针刀联合医用臭氧注射治疗,治疗前后分别测定患者疼痛评分及血清TNF-α含量变化,并比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者疼痛评分及血清TNF-α含量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论臭氧治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,其作用机理可能与抑制炎性细胞因子TNF-α的释放、减轻患者疼痛有关。[Abstract] This study designed to explore the therapeutic effects of ozone on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by observing its influence on pain and serum TNF-α level. Total of 52 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (n=26) and control group (n=26). The patients of the control group were treated with small needle knife therapy, while the patients of the treatment group were treated with combination of small needle knife and ozone therapy. Then the therapeutic effect and the pain and TNF-α content were measured before and after treatment. Data showed that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group (P〈 0.05); after treatment, the levels of pain and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (/9〈 0.01). All the result indicated ozone has obvious therapeutic effects on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and the mechanism may relate with reducing the level of pain and TNF-α .
