摘  要:为实现注入蒸汽的计量和调节 ,以提高稠油热采经济效益 ,以克拉玛依油田一个配汽站 (包括 17口注汽井的98区 813站 )为示范 ,采用孔板差压噪声经验模型并配以计算机数据采集和处理系统 ,对分配器入口和各注汽井的饱和蒸汽流量及干度进行实时计量 ,并在注汽管线上增加了迷宫式高差压调节阀 ,可方便地对每一口井的注汽流量进行调节。现场试运行表明 ,系统设计合理、运行可靠 ,而且投资较少。The metering and regulating of steam water two phase flow in heavy oil thermal recovery is of great economic importance. A system for steam water two phase flow metering and regulating was developed for the 98 813 steam divider station in the Kelamayi Oil Field, which has 17 oil wells, the system uses an orifice and its noise double parameters model for two phase flow and new high differential labrinth pressure regulating valves. The metering and regulating results are satisfactory and show that the metering principle is accurate and the regulating is convenient. The essential equipment and instrumentation are quite inexpensive.
