摘 要:目的探讨经过早期母爱剥夺的F1代子鼠免疫学功能的变化。方法建立母爱剥夺模型,交配产子后以F1代子鼠作为研究对象。检测免疫器官质量及指数,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬实验检测巨噬细胞吞噬功能,MTT法检测T淋巴细胞增殖能力,ELISA检测血清中白细胞介素2(IL-2)的水平。结果母爱剥夺使后代子鼠胸腺、脾脏指数下降,巨噬细胞吞噬功能下降,T淋巴细胞增殖能力下降,IL-2水平下降。结论早期母爱剥夺的母鼠,F1代子鼠免疫功能下降。Objective To explore the changes of immunological function in F1 generation offspring after suffering early maternal deprivation. Methods Using Wistar rats, the maternal deprivation models were established according to our previous study. Their Ft generation offspring were enrolled for this study. The mass and indexes of spleen and thymus were measured. The phagocytosis assay was used to detect the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages. The proliferation of T lymphocytes was detected by Ml-r assay. ELISA was employed to determine the iL-2 level in serum. Results The maternal deprivation decreased the mass and indexes of spleen and thymus of their offspring. The phagocytic function of macrophage, proliferation of T lymphocytes and IL-2 level in serum of F1 generation offspring were also reduced. Conclusion The immunological function declines in F1 generation offspring after suffering early maternal deprivation in mice.
