摘　　要：通过具体的工程实例分析了降低地下室水位法在实际工程中的适用范围和主要特点,比较了降低地下水位法、配重法、打抗拔桩(打锚杆桩)法在实际工程运用中的区别。归纳总结了降低地下水位法的具体方法与施工工艺和设计施工过程中需要注意的问题,工程实际运用效果良好。Through specific engineering example,this paper analyzed the scope of application and main characteris-tics of the lower underground water level method.Then the lower underground water level method,the weighted meth-od,uplift pile（anchor pile）method in practical engineering application of difference were compared.The specific method and construction technology and problems in the process of design and construction were summarized.Engineering practical application effect is good.
