血清中转化生长因子2β_1和bFGF水平与糖尿病视网膜病变关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血清中转化生长因子2Κβ1(TGF2β1)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法收集患有糖尿病视网膜病变白内障患者的血清样本,并以无糖尿病白内障患者的血清样本作为对照,用ELISA方法测定血清中bFGF,TGF2β1的含量。结果对照组19例血清样本bFGF含量为(31.25±7.62)ng/L,TGF2β1含量为(0.32±0.04)μg/L;单纯型DR组中17例bFGF含量为(48.3±6.54)ng/L,TGF2β1含量为(0.41±0.05)μg/L;增生型DR组14例bFGF含量为(61.82±10.91)ng/L,TGF2β1含量为(0.77±0.06)μg/L。和对照组相比糖尿病患者血清中bFGF,TGF2β1的含量均显著增加(P<0.01),并且随着DR病情的进展而增高(P<0.05);血清中TGF2β1与bFGF之间呈正相关(r=0.379,P<0.01)。结论 TGF2β1,bFGF参与了DR的发生发展,并与DR后期新生血管形成关系密切。Objective To explore the changes in serum level of basic fibreblast growth factor （bFGF） and trans- forming growth factor 2 beta 1 （ TGF2β1） in diabetic patients; to investigate the role of bFGF and TGF2β1 in file pathogen- esis of diabetic retlnopathy （DR）. Methods Serum samples of DR patients with cataract were collected. The serum sam- ples from the non-dlabeticpatients with cataract were also collected as the control. Serum level of bFGF and TGF2β1 was analyzed using ELISA method. Results Levels of serum TGF2β1 and bFGF were significantly higher in patients with DR than those in controls （ P 〈0.01 ） ; serum levels of TGF2β1 and bFGF in patients with proliferative diabetic retlnopathy （PDR） were significantly higher than those in non-PDR patients （ P 〈0.05）. Serum levels of TGF2β1 and bFGF were as- soclated with the severity of DR. Positive correlations were found between bFGF and TGF2-β1 （ r =0. 379, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion bFGF and TGF2β1 play an active role in the generation and development of DR and has a close relation with the neovascularlzation of the advanced stage of DR.
