玻璃体切除术患者围手术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的 分析玻璃体切除术患者围手术期护理模式的临床效果.方法 对玻璃体切除术128例（136眼）的患者实施围手术期整体的连续护理,观察手术效果.结果 在纳入研究的136眼中,122眼（89.70％）术后视力有不同程度提高,9眼（6.62％）术后视力无明显改变,5眼（3.68％）视力较术前差.术后暂时性眼压升高11眼（8.09％）,玻璃体出血3眼（2.21％）,其余未出现并发症.结论 实施以玻璃体切除术患者为中心的连续的整体围手术期护理模式,有利于提高手术质量,减少并发症,保证患者安全.Objective To analyze the efficacy of perioperative nursing model on patients with vitrectomy.Methods The holistic and continuous nursing was implemented on 136 eyes of 128 patients with vitrectomy in the perioperative period,and the postoperative outcomes were observed.Results In the 136 eyes included in this study,122 eyes of postoperative visual acuity has increased,no significant changes in 9 eyes on postoperative visual acuity and the worse situation in 5 eyes.Besides,11 eyes occurred postoperative elevated IOP and 3 eyes occurred vitreous hemorrhage respectively,the others were without any complications.Conclusion It is beneficial to improve the quality of operation,reduce the complications and promote patient safety,when the continuous,holistic perioperative nursing mode is implemented on the patients with vitrectomy.
