摘 要:目的全椎间盘置换术是治疗颈椎疾病的常用手段之一,而人工椎间盘假体精准的几何参数对于手术和治疗效力至关重要。通过研究健康自然条件下中国人颈椎间盘几何参数,为人工颈椎间盘的设计和尺寸选择提供基础和重要依据。方法在多家高资质医院的万余例影像数据中收集筛选了208组X射线和170组MRI影像,建立一套操作性强、重复性好,精确稳定的测量法则,获取一系列颈椎间盘关键参数。结果初步建立了中国人颈椎间盘参数数据库。从年龄、性别、节段和数据来源等多个角度对数据库进行统计学处理和分析,定性判断各种椎间盘参数的相关性,并定量分析具体数量关系。结论总结了若干几何学规律,为椎间盘假体的设计和尺寸序列选择提供了重要参考。Objective Total disc replacement has become a common treatment for cervical diseases, and the accurate geometric dimensions of the artificial disc are vital for the operation and the treatment efficacy. This study aims at obtaining the geometric parameters of the typical and healthy Chinese cervical disc, and providing foundation and important reference for the artificial cervical disc design and dimensional selection. Methods After screening over ten thousands of imaging data in several high qualified hospitals, 208 groups of X-ray data and 170 groups of MRI data were selected. A precise and stable protocol with good operability and repeatability was built and a series of key parameters of cervical discs were measured. Results A database of Chinese cervical disc was preliminary founded. Statistical process and analysis were carried out in many angles, such as age, gender, disc series and data resource. The relativity of cervical disc parameters was discussed qualitatively and certain specific numerical relationship was analyzed quantitatively. Conclusions Certain rules for cervical disc geometry were proposed and suggestions about the design and size of the prosthesis were presented.
