摘　　要：自由电子是强碱性物质．电子广泛存在于化学物质中，并在化学反应中转 移。因之酸碱性质是物质的通性．本文用电子的碱性讨论一些物质的酸碱 性质．Free electron is a strongly alkalinic substance.Electrons are present in almost all sub- stances. In the chemical reactions,matters gain or give up (Sometimes they shift) electrons. So acidic basic property is a genelal property of a matter. In this paper, acidic - basic properties are discussed with the basicity of elecron.
