摘 要:研究了焊后热处理(PWHT)保温时间的变化对新型高Cr铁素体耐热钢焊接接头焊缝的组织形态,焊接接头的拉伸性能以及沉淀相的分布、颗粒尺寸等的影响。结果表明,随着保温时间的延长,马氏体板条尺寸逐渐增加,位错密度降低,组织发生了再结晶;大部分的M23C6沉淀相位于晶界/亚晶界,且颗粒尺寸比晶内的大得多,并逐渐粗化长大,几乎观察不到MX相的变化;焊接接头的拉伸性能随保温时间的延长逐渐升高,但受组织回复和再结晶的影响,增长速率逐渐降低。Influence of holding time of PWHT on microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint of modified high Cr ferritic heat- resistant steel was researched. The results show that the size of martensite lath increases and the dislocation density decreases with the increase of the holding time in the welded joint, and the recovery of the microstructure of welded joint occurs. M23 Cs carbides are mostly precipitated at the grain/subgrain boundaries, and no MX phase is observed. The particle size of M23 C6 is larger at the boundaries than that in grains subgrains, and coarsens with increasing holding time. The tensile properties of the welded joint firstly increases and then decreases slightly with the increase of holding time of PWHT.
