摘 要:通过SEM、TEM、XRD和EBSD等技术研究了连续退火工艺对深冲双相(DP)钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:深冲DP钢热轧板中存在大量的弥散(Nb,Ti)(C,N)等析出粒子,有效固定住C、N间隙原子。连续退火过程中,快速加热,可减少回复阶段变形储能的释放,提高有利再结晶织构的形核率;慢速加热,可促进碳氮化合物的回溶,降低弥散析出相对再结晶织构的不利作用;采用先快速后慢速分段式加热工艺,以再结晶开始温度为分界点,既充分发展深冲织构,又确保双相结构,得到退火板性能为:抗拉强度485 MPa,伸长率超过30%,r值达到1.3。Effect of continuous annealing process on microstructure and mechanical properties of deep drawing dual-phase (DP) steel sheet was investigated by SEM, TEM, XRD and EBSD technique. Results show that large amounts of dispersion ( Nb, Ti) ( C, N) particles contain C and N in hot roiled sheets. During continuous annealing, the nucleation rate of favorable texture in the steel increases with increasing of the deformation stored energy by rapid heating rate ; by slowly heating rate, more carbon nitrides solution back to matrix, and the retarding effect of finer precipitates on the development of favorable reerystallization texture decreased. Two-step annealing heating process (firstly fast followed by slow heating rates) promotes the favorable reerystallization texture, and dual phase structure is obtained. An excellent deep drawing DP steel sheet with high strength TS of 485 MPa, elongation of 30% or more, an r value of 1.3 is obtained.
