中空加压螺钉内固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用中空加压螺钉内固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的效果。方法选取广东省潮安县人民医院治疗的53例肱骨外科颈骨折患者采用中空加压螺钉内固定法进行治疗,并与采用三叶草型钢板内固定治疗的肱骨外科颈骨折患者50例患者对照,考察两组的临床疗效。结果两组手术过程顺利,其中治疗组的平均手术时间、平均出血量、平均住院时间、平均愈合时间分别为(90.6±11.3)min、(236.3±46.8)ml、(15.3±6.9)d、(4.8±3.9)个月,较对照组明显减少和缩短;治疗组总满意率为92.5%,对照组为78%,治疗组总满意率较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中空加压螺钉内固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,临床效果较好,加速患者的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of cannulated screw fixfition of humerus surgical neck fractures. Methods All 53 cases of surgical neck of.humerus fractures were treated with cannulated screw fxation for treatment, fractures in patients with 50 cases of patients with humerus surgical neck clover plate fixation, to observe the clinical effect of two groups. Results The operation went very smoothly, the average operation time, average amount of bleeding, the average length of stay, the average healing time were （90.6＋11.3） min, （236.3~46.8） ml, （15.3＋6.9） days, （4.8＋3.9） months respectively, compared with the control group and the treatment group can significantly reduced; the total satisfaction rate of 92.5%, control group 78%, group total satisfaction rate than the control group with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cannulated screw fixation of humerus surgical neck fracture, good clinical results, accelerating the patient＇s recovery.
