摘　　要：毛泽东的群众工作经验来自于其丰富的工作实践。从建国前20多年的群众工作经验来看,"人民大众"的界定是做好群众工作的基础;维护群众利益是做好群众工作的核心;调查研究是做好群众工作的基本方法;保持党的纯洁性是做好群众工作的根本保证。Mao Zedong’s mass work experience comes from his abundant work experience. From the mass work experience for more than 20 years before the foundation of the state,we find that the definition of the masses of the people is the basic work of the masses;protecting the benefit of the masses is the core work of the masses;investigation is the basic method to do mass work;maintaining the purity of the party is the fundamental guarantee to do mass work.
