摘　　要：目的：研究多枝雾水葛Pouzolzia zeylanica（L.）Benn.var.microphylla（Wedd.）W.T.Wang.的化学成分.方法：采用多种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析和理化性质进行化学结构鉴定.结果：从多枝雾水葛的三氯甲烷和正丁醇部位分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇（1）,二十二酸十三烷酯（2）,正三十四烷醇（3）,正三十四烷酸（4）,正二十八烷醇（s）,木栓酮（6）,表木栓醇（7）,豆甾醇（8）,22,23-二氢菠甾醇（9）,胡萝卜苷（10）,胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯（11）,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯（12）,山奈酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷（13）,槲皮素-7-0-吡喃鼠李糖苷（14）,槲皮素-3,7-2-0-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷（15）,牡荆苷（16）.结论：所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物2～5,7～9,11 ～ 12为首次从该属植物中分离得到.Objective：To study the chemical consistuents of Pouzolzia zeylanica （L.） Benn.Var.Microphylla （Wedd.） W.T.Wang.Method：Several chromatographic methods were applied to isolate and purify compounds.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic datas,Result：Sixteen compouds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol （1）,tridecyl docosanoate （2）,tetrariacontanol （3）,tetrariacontanoic acid （4）,octacosanol （5）,fiedelin （6）,epifriedelinol （7）,stigmasterol （8）,22,23-dihydrospinasterol （9）,daucosterol （10）,daucosterol palmitate （11）,Bis （2-ethylhexyl） phthalate （12）,kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside （13）,quercetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside （14）,quercetin-3,7-2-O-α-L-rhamnoside （15）,Vitexin （16）.Conclusion：All the compounds were isolated from P.zeylanica （L.） Benn.Var.microphylla （Wedd.） W.T.Wang for the first time.Compounds 2-5,7-9,11-12 were isolated from this genus for the first tmie.
