摘　　要：针对我国现有的土地利用变化发现技术模式存在的弊端,提出了业务驱动的土地利用变化发现机制,研究了该机制的技术实现方法,提出了通过捕获土地管理业务信息系统数据库变化来发现土地利用变化的技术,基于Oracle GoldenGate进行了技术实施,开展了试点应用。结果表明,该技术可以及时有效地发现土地利用变化信息,可驱动日常性野外实地核查和土地利用数据变更。To solve the drawback of detection patterns of land use changes in our country, this article comes up with the business-driven mechanism for finding land use changes and then studys about the technical implementation methods of this mechanism,raises technology for finding land use changes by capturing the changes in database of land mangement business information system, then uses Oracle GoldenGate for technology implementation and experimental application. The results indicate that this technology can capture land use changes information timely and effectively ,and can drive the routine field inspection and routine updating of land use data.
