摘　　要：在整理有关日本和美国经济转型的文献基础上,对二战后和1980年代的日本以及1990年代的美国各自在经济转型中与资本市场的相互作用关系进行了研究。以资本市场为研究重点,突出资本市场对高技术企业的资金支持,强调资本市场对经济转型的关键作用,对三次经济转型的成败原因进行了比较分析。最后总结日本和美国经济转型的经验教训,得到对中国的启示。经济增长速度放缓时期,投资者依然可以从资本市场中获利;中国应加强资本市场的融资地位并注重为中小企业融资服务。This paper in the discussion is based on the literature about Japan and USA economic transition, the post - war Japan, Japan in the 80＇ s and 90＇ s USA, interaction between their respective economies in transition and the capital market is studied. In the capital market as the research focus, highlight the capital market on the capital of high - tech enterprise support, emphasizing the capital market on the key role of economic transformation, the three economic transformation and the reasons of success and failure are analyzed. Finally, summary the Japan and USA economic transformation experience, wer than before, investors can still profit from cing status and pay attention to the small and get on Chinese enlightenment, in the period of economic growth slo- the capital market; Chinese should strengthen capital market finan- medium- sized enterprise financing service.
