农民专业合作社治理中的社员参与意愿影响因素研究——基于江苏省的调查数据

摘　　要：利用对江苏农民专业合作社社员的调查数据,对我国农民专业合作社社员民主参与合作社管理的意愿进行了实证分析。结果表明,绝大多数社员缺乏主动参与管理的强烈意愿,农民专业合作社的民主治理尚缺乏有效的实施主体和牢固的社员基础;社员对合作收益的满意状况、合作社制度的认知水平、家庭经营产品的价格波动程度、经营管理人员的信任程度、理事会成员的组织角色以及合作社盈余返还分配制度、民主选举与决策制度的健全程度、是否设立个人账户等因素对社员参与管理的意愿影响显著。Based on the survey data about farmer cooperatives in Jiangsu Province, this paper uses order probit to analyze the factors influencing the willingness of members to participate in farmers professional cooperative gov- ernance. The results show that the vast majority of members lack a strong willingness to actively participate in the management of cooperatives. Farmer cooperatives democratic governance is still a lack of effective implementation of the main and a strong membership base. That affect the willingness of members to participate in the management in- clude the cooperation gains and its satisfaction, the cognitive level of the members, the produce price volatility, the trust in the management, the role of the members of the council, the distribution system of the surplus return of co- operatives, the soundness of the democratic election and the decision - making system, the explicit of the property rights of members.
