籼型巨胚功能稻新品系赣巨1号的选育与应用

摘　　要：“赣巨1号”是“先恢207”与籼型巨胚中间育种材料“80096”（91-308/巨胚2号，F6）杂交选育而成的籼型巨胚水稻新品种（系）。“赣巨1号”富含蛋白质、矿物质等多种营养物质，其胚大小是其亲本“先恢207”的2～3倍，γ-氨基丁酸（γ-aminobutyric acid， GABA）含量是常规品种“先恢207”的5．39倍，具有很好的作为保健功能食品进一步开发利用价值。该新品种（系）农艺性状好，表现丰产稳产，适合在江西赣抚平原、赣中南丘陵地区作二晚种植。“Ganju 1”, a new variety of indica giant embryo rice , was bred from the intercross between“Xianhui 207”and an indica giant embryo bridge breeding material “80096”which was selected from the F 6 descendants of “91-308/Jupei 2”.“Ganju 1”was abundant in proteins and mineral elements ,and its embryo was about 2-3 times the size of the paternal species “Xianhui 207”and itsγ-aminobutyric acid （ GABA） con-tent was 5.39 times higher than that of the normal species “Xianhui 207”.Accordingly ,“Ganju 1”was valuable to be exploited as health care functional food .This new variety showed the characteristics of good agronomic traits,fertility and stable yield and it was adaptable to be planted as double-cropping late rice in Gan-fu plain and south-central hilly and mountainous areas of Jiangxi Province .
