芳樟大田规模化扦插育苗试验研究

摘　　要：通过规模化大田扦插育苗试验,采用SPSS统计分析方法,研究了扦插季节、方式和土壤对芳樟插穗成活和苗木生长的影响。结果表明:扦插季节、方式和土壤对芳樟扦插苗生长影响极显著,对侧根数量影响不明显。对成苗率的影响,扦插季节影响显著,土壤类型影响明显,扦插方式影响不明显。苗床直接扦插比营养杯扦插更有利于苗木的高、径和侧根生长。床面覆膜和营养杯扦插可提高扦插成活率。芳樟扦插育苗小苗移栽或扦插失败后,当年不宜再次扦插芳樟,否则,不但成活率低,而且苗木的高、径生长也差。7、8月份扦插芳樟成活率最高,4、5月份扦插苗可当年上山造林。By conducting the experiment of large scale field growth of cuttings ,using SPSS statistical anal-ysis method ,the influences of different cutting seasons ,methods and soil types on the survival rate and growth of C.camphora cuttings were studied .The result showed that cutting seasons ,methods and soil types had signifi-cant impacts on the growth of cuttings ,but did not significantly affect the amount of lateral roots .Regarding the survival rate ,cutting seasons had significant influence , soil type had obvious influence , while cutting methods did not significantly change the result .Direct seedbed cutting better facilitated the growth of stem height ,stem diameter ,and lateral roots of cuttings compared with nutrition bowl cutting.Seedbed covered with plastic film and nutrition bowl cutting could improve the survival rate .If transplantation of seedlings or cutting failed ,it was improper to conduct cutting of C.camphora again in the same year,otherwise,the survival rate was low,and their height and stem diameter could not grow well .It was also found that cutting in August had the highest sur-vival rate,cuttings produced in April or May could be used for mountain afforestation in the same year .
