摘 要:以光皮桦木材为研究对象,在160℃和200℃下分别进行沙浴热处理1 h、3 h和5 h,测定并分析热处理前后试材表面颜色、光泽度的变化;采用醇酸清漆对其表面进行涂饰,对涂饰后试材表面的颜色、光泽度以及漆膜的耐磨性、附着力进行测定与分析。结果表明:热处理后光皮桦的明度降低,红绿色品指数增大,黄蓝色品指数降低。醇酸清漆涂饰后,各颜色参数变化规律与热处理前后的变化规律相似。热处理降低了光皮桦表面漆膜的耐磨性,对其附着力并未产生较大负面影响。Betula luminifera was treated withhot sand bath for 1h,3h and 5h at 160 ℃and 200 ℃re-spectively,the color and glossiness before and after theheat treatment were studied .Meanwhile,Betula luminif-era’s surface was painted with alkyd varnish ,the color,glossiness,abrasion resistance and adhesion of Betula luminifera after being painted were measured and analyzed .The result showed that the glossiness decreased af-terheat treatment,redness or greeness chromaticity increased ,blueness or yellowness chromaticity reduced .Af-ter Alkyd varnish finish ,each color parameter variation before and after theheat treatment were similar .Heat treatment reduced the wear resistance of luminifera surface coating ,it didn ’ thave a significant negative impact on adhesion .
