摘  要:以苗期杂交水稻威优916为试验材料,分别以蒸馏水和8 mg/L 6-苄基腺嘌呤溶液培养,通过对功能叶片蛋白质组差异表达分析,以揭示养分胁迫下6-苄基腺嘌呤延缓水稻衰亡的效应及其机理。叶片全蛋白质经双向电泳分离,获得了22个响应6-苄基腺嘌呤处理的蛋白质,经质谱分析,其中15个功能得到鉴定,涉及光合作用、呼吸作用、激素代谢及逆境反应等多个代谢途径。分析结果显示,养分胁迫下,6-BA诱导了叶片中光合蛋白质、呼吸代谢相关蛋白质的表达量上调,减少衰亡发生密切相关蛋白质的积累,从而提高叶片光合能力,促进呼吸,满足植株生长对物质及能量的需求,延缓植株衰亡。In order to reveal the mechanism of 6-benzyl adenine deferring contabescence of rice,the hybrid rice Weiyou 916 seedlings were cultivated with distilled water and 6-benzyl adenine(8 mg/L) ,respectively,and the pro-teins expression profile of functional leaves were investigated by using the approach of proteomics. Proteins were ex-tracted from rice functional leaf and separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,then 22 differential expression proteins that induced by 6-benzyl adenine were obtained,among which 15 proteins were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry, and categorized into 4 groups of functions including photosynthesis,respiration,hormone metabolism and stress response. Results showed that under nutrient stress con-dition,6-benzyl adenine had benifical effect on rice plant:the expression abundance of proteins associated with pho-tosynthesis and respiration increased,and proteins associated with contabescence were down-regulated in expression abundance. Thereby,application of 6-benzyl adenine chould enhanced the photosynthesis and respiration directly, provided the material and energy for plant growth and defered rice contabescence.
