摘 要:种植方式是影响玉米光合生理特征的重要因素。在大田条件下,以玉米品种北育288和先玉335为研究材料,分析了3种不同种植方式(P1,宽窄行170 cm+30 cm;P2,宽窄行90 cm+40 cm;CK,匀垄65 cm)对玉米穗位叶叶片的SPAD值、叶绿素荧光动力学、净光合速率的影响。结果表明,不同种植方式中,2种不同基因型玉米穗位叶叶片SPAD值间存在差异,宽窄行种植方式表现出明显优势;叶绿素荧光参数Fo在P1和P2中均大于CK;Fm和Fv/Fm在关键的生育时期差异显著,表现为宽窄行P1和P2大于CK;3种模式中,P1和P2中净光合速率显著高于CK。结果表明,相对于传统种植方式,宽窄行种植方式对提高作物生产能力和干物质积累有促进作用。Planting pattern affect photosynthetic characteristics of maize. In this paper,we study the effects of planting patterns on the photosynthetic characteristics of two maize cultivars ( Beiyu 288 and Xianyu 335 ) in two planting patterns narrow-wide rows of P1,170 cm + 30 cm (6. 4 plants/m2);P2,90 cm + 40 cm (6. 4 plants/m2), and CK,uniform row of 65 cm (6. 4 plant/m2). The SPAD value of leaves,chlorophyll fluorescence and photosyn-thetic parameters were compared at ear leaf in this experiment. The significant difference of leaf SPAD value among measured was detect,wide and narrow row planting pattern show a certain degree of superiority. Among three differ-ent planting,ear leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were quiet differences in Fo;Fm and Fv/Fm at a critical growth stages were significantly different,and net photosynthetic rate of leaf in P1 and P2 was significantly higher than CK,experimental results show that compared with traditional cultivation methods,wide and narrow row planting patterns had promoted photosynthetic characteristics.
