摘  要:介绍某厂利用750kg空气锤,采取分段锻造成形,不断改进锻模结构,实现了需要2t空气锤才能胜任的锻造工作,另方面该幕人有导向筒对上,下模导向,则锻坯的同轴度大大提高,且不产生飞边,使锻坯的精度提高,加工余减少,锻坯由初期的26kg降到批生产的16kg,节约了大量钢材,取得了较好的经济效益。Some means such as subsectional figuration and reconstructing the mould construction are introduced to do a forging job that can only be done by air hammer of 2.0 tonnage in normal condition by using air hammer only of 0.75 tonnage. On the other hand, in virtue of its guide canister that can guide the upper-lower mould, the homoaxiality is improved greatly with no fast, thus the precision of forging stock is improved, the supplies of forging process is reduced. The weight of the forging supplies is reduced from the earlier 27 kilograms to 18 kilograms in a batch production. The steel materials are saved and much more benifits are gained.
